I was glad my mom had some time in Wanganui with us before she had to leave. The kids were great on the trip, but they are always better rested when at home. The kids swam a lot and we went to the beach but mostly we hung out around the house after being gone for 2 1/2 weeks. Before leaving my mom insisted on babysitting the kids so Brad and I could go out once more. We were so sad to see her go, but grateful that she came over yet again!
